Repair Notice

Repair of your device/s may cause loss of any user-generated data.

Please ensure that you have made a copy of any data saved on your device.

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired.

Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

Liability under consumer guarantee is limited to a refund of the cost of service provided or performing the service again, at the option of the iPhone Repairman.

The Customer agrees that we shall not be liable for any damage of any kind whatsoever suffered as a result with the subject of these Terms. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damage (including loss or interruption of business, revenue, profits, use, privacy, data, goodwill or other economic advantage) however it arises, whether for breach of contract or in tort, even if it has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5pm.

We use the following couriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping courier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will hold your order until the back order items are in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship your order.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Late Fee

Invoices to clients must be paid within 14 days. An administration fee shall apply on all overdue accounts. The fee shall equate to an interest calculation under the Penalty Interest Rates Act 1983 or $20.00 whichever is the greater.

Debt Collection

If your invoice is still not paid after 30 days, we will forward your invoice to Debt Collectors. This process may also incur additional fees, usually but not limited to an added 10% to invoice total after any late fees are added. When you purchase from us you agree that you will be responsible for all collection costs, including commission fees, relating to the collection of any overdue account owed by you to the Debt Collection Agency.

You also agree that if any part of a debt owed to iPhone Repairman is overdue then all of its debt will be deemed as overdue.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  1. Please email refund+info@iphonerepairman.com.au to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they have been installed by anyone other than iPhone Repairman.
Items that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Any broken screens or damage to an LCD, digitiser, or flex cable will not be accepted for return or exchange

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Unclaimed Devices

Any Device not picked up after 30 days will be the property of iPhone Repairman, and will be resold, dismantled for parts, or disposed of at the discretion of iPhone Repairman.

Refurbished Devices Warranty

Networks

All our devices will work with any Australian SIM Card as they are network unlocked.

Functionality

In the rare event that your device is not functioning properly we do offer a 7-month warranty (from date of shipping).
We will first try to assist you in troubleshooting any issue(s) before the device is returned or repaired. In most cases devices may experience software issues that are often resolved with a simple software update from your actual device.

However, if our qualified technicians cannot troubleshoot or resolve the problem, the device can be returned. You will need to ensure Apple iCloud lock or Android lock is removed from the device before given back to us.

Please understand that our technicians will inspect the device to try and identify the claimed fault and also to ensure it hasn’t been physically damaged. Physically damaged devices are NOT covered under our warranty.

Minor Fault

If the fault is minor our qualified technicians will repair the device and once finished we will give the device back to you. If we cannot repair your device we will replace it with the same or equivalent model. Therefore, You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

Quality

Devices are not expected to be indestructible; your use of a device can affect its durability. The guarantee of acceptable quality will not apply if you as the consumer:

1. Use the device abnormally
2. Physically or water damage the device
3. Tamper with software
4. Cause the quality of a device to become unacceptable
5. Fail to take reasonable steps to avoid the quality becoming unacceptable.
