Refurbished Devices Warranty

All our devices will work with any Australian SIM Card as they are network unlocked.

In the rare event that your device is not functioning properly we do offer a 7-month warranty (from date of shipping).
We will first try to assist you in troubleshooting any issue(s) before the device is returned or repaired. In most cases devices may experience software issues that are often resolved with a simple software update from your actual device.

However, if our qualified technicians cannot troubleshoot or resolve the problem, the device can be returned. You will need to ensure Apple iCloud lock or Android lock is removed from the device before given back to us.

Please understand that our technicians will inspect the device to try and identify the claimed fault and also to ensure it hasn’t been physically damaged. Physically damaged devices are NOT covered under our warranty.

Minor Fault

If the fault is minor our qualified technicians will repair the device and once finished we will give the device back to you. If we cannot repair your device we will replace it with the same or equivalent model. Therefore, You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

Devices are not expected to be indestructible; your use of a device can affect its durability. The guarantee of acceptable quality will not apply if you as the consumer:

1. Use the device abnormally
2. Physically or water damage the device
