Unfortunately there’s no way to bypass this security feature. We can only restore it, but the device will be locked to iCloud still. You need to recover the password by going to http://iCloud.com & choose forget password and follow the prompts. Otherwise, you bring it in and we can help recover the password, but you will need to access the email account connected to the existing iCloud account or we can try your security questions.
